At our practice, you’ll always receive clear, transparent information about fees, rebates, and payment options before booking. Our goal is to support access to high-quality care while maintaining professional standards built on my 16+ years of clinical experience.

Therapy Session Fees

Reports, letters, phone consults, or clinical correspondence are charged separately — these tasks require time and expertise.

Medicare rebates apply to sessions if you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician.
NDIS Participants
We support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants (not NDIA-managed).​

Fees are consistent with the current NDIS Price Arrangements and Price Limits.

A Service Agreement is required for all assessments and therapy services.
Assessment & Testing Fees
Fees for psychological and neurocognitive assessments vary depending on the complexity and scope. All assessments include:

A comprehensive clinical interview

Standardised testing sessionsScoring and interpretation

A feedback session with recommendations
Common assessments include:

ADHD (child, adolescent, and adult)

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Cognitive and learning assessments

Neurocognitive assessments (memory, attention, executive functioning, processing speed)
A detailed written quote will be provided after your initial consultation, outlining the scope, time, and cost.
Some components may be eligible for Medicare rebates (especially for clients under 25).
Afterpay and Payment Plans
We understand assessments can be a significant investment. To make this process more accessible, Afterpay is available for assessment services, allowing fees to be paid in four fortnightly instalments.
If Afterpay isn’t suitable, alternative payment arrangements can be discussed before your assessment.

Medicare Rebates
Under the Medicare Better Access initiative, you may be eligible for:

Up to 10 individual therapy rebates per calendar year

Up to 10 group session rebates per year
You’ll need a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician to access rebates. Some assessment components for individuals under 25 may also be rebate-eligible depending on referral type.

Medicare Safety Net
If you or your family reach the Medicare Safety Net threshold, your rebate rate increases for the rest of that year — reducing your out-of-pocket costs for future sessions. To learn more or register your family, visit Services Australia – Medicare Safety Net.
Private Health Rebates
Many private health insurers provide rebates for psychological therapy, depending on your policy and level of cover.

We recommend checking with your fund before your first session to confirm eligibility.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a late cancellation fee, as the time is reserved exclusively for you.
