Client Portal / Bookings

Only EXISTING clients can book/managed appointments online. if you would like to book a initial appointment please phone or email to discuss.

Availability: Appointments are booked out weeks in advance . Please consider booking several appointments ahead to avoid disruption.

Cancellation Policy: Please note 48 hours notice of cancellation/reschedule is required, inside of this time fees will apply.

Medicare Referrals: For treatment under a mental health care plan, please make sure that a current valid referral has been provided. While we will help with processing of rebates, it is your responsibility to keep track of the number of sessions you have accessed under your referral. The clinic cannot be responsible for rebates outside of the eligible sessions. If you have any questions or concerns, you can call Medicare directly to check your referral and number of sessions. 

Waitlist: Allys does have a open waitlist. The current waitlist time is between 3 to 6 months for new referrals. Online bookings are only available to existing clients.
